Memorial Day Weekend, day four - coming back home

After all the fun we were ready to head back home!  For those of you who don't know there is only one way in or out of the Keys, US-1.  So on big holiday weekends the traffic can be pretty bad.  In an attempt to avoid the traffic, we left early . . . . 

 . . . yup, that's the back-up from the draw bridge, thankfully we were in the front of the line

and fortunately it was only about a 10 or 15 minute stop, then it was go go go!  

We decided to make a few extra stops so that we could get Johnathan out of the car to stretch his legs.  He was a trooper through it all!  Close to home we stopped to see some alligators.

Trust me when I tell you I had a tight grip on my little boy here!!!

We got home safe and sound.  It was so nice to get Johnathan back into his crib and back on schedule.  Vacation is always fun and so is routine and being back home.  A huge thank you to Andy and Victoria for thinking to invite us along for a great weekend!!
