Mother's Day 2011

These are the last photos of me pregnant with both John and Shannon.
With John we were on our way to be induced and with Shannon it was a few days before she was born.

This one made me a Mommy . . .


And this one has made me a more patient, more confident and more relaxed Mommy.


I love being a Mom.
I love waking up to two beautiful smiling faces each and every morning.

I love nuggling in bed with both my cuties every single night.

I love that a kiss from me will fix almost any boo-boo.

I love that sometimes all they want is for me to hold, hug or kiss them.

I love that sometimes all I want is to hold, hug or kiss them.

I love that I am setting rules, expectations, and schedules that will help teach them discipline.

I love that we will also find time to break the rules, act silly and stay up late because sometimes that okay too.

I love that I get the awesome opportunity to watch them grow into who they will be.
 
I love that I know them better than anyone else in the world.

I love that I will comfort them always.

I love that they will comfort me always.
 
I love that I lucked out and get to be Mom to both a boy and a girl.

I love my kids.

I love loving them.
