Last few days of 2012

After Christmas we had a few days of well needed rest and laziness. We stayed in pajamas way too long, played with all of the toys over and over again and did just whatever we wanted to do. It was lovely!
















We had very early mornings, so early we could say good-night to the moon before saying good-morning to the sun!




When hanging at home lost it's luster, we ventured to the Children's Museum for some fun.






And of course we had to visit the zoo! We love going there!!


Shanny and I even got to ride a camel! Can you believe it?!




And then we realized it was time to move Shannon from a crib to a toddler bed. She had been climbing over the side often and while she was quite good at it and never fell once, we didn't want to risk it. Shannon was very excited about this change!






She still wanted all of her blankies and lovies tucked in with her of course!


More lazy days, dress-up days and whatever days!










We had a very cold round of golf too!






Fun days in our own backyard.






And a lovely day at the park!












Before we knew it, it was the last day of the year! We were getting ready to say good-bye to 2012 and hello to 2013. We love sending the year off with sparklers, its the second year in a row and the kids have a blast!

















Cheers 2012! You were an awesome year! 2013 here we come! :)
